Black Gold Property Protection collects only the information you choose to provide when requesting an estimate or contacting the business, such as your name, phone number, email address, property address, city, ZIP code, requested services, property size, selected plan and message.

How information is used

Inquiry information is used to respond to your request, review the property, prepare service recommendations, communicate about requested services and maintain ordinary business records.

How the estimate form works

When online delivery is activated, the website will send completed estimate requests to Black Gold through a contracted transactional-email provider and send a confirmation to the email address supplied by the customer. The form does not authorize service or create a charge.

Sharing

Black Gold does not sell inquiry information. Information may be shared with service providers only when needed to operate the website or business, or when required by law.

Retention and security

Information is retained only as reasonably needed for inquiries, service records and legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards may be used, but no internet or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices
